Rural Tourism: Bezvoditsa
The village of Bezvoditsa lies 23km away from the seaside town of Balchik, and 12km away from the district town of Dobrich. The village has existed ever since Roman times and was previously known as Krushevo. Bezvoditsa is surrounded by forests and marshes that protect it from strong winds. The surrounding area is inhabited by migrating birds that are the main tourist attraction of the village. There are 137 permanently occupied houses in Bezvoditsa, with 7 of them having been bought by foreigners. Besides, the village has 26 villas and an ostrich farm.
