Rural Tourism: Koshava
Koshava lies on the bank of the Danube River, a few kilometers away from the district centre of Vidin. One of the oldest churches in the region of Vidin can be found here. The village has a disco club on the river bank, named Ribarite (The Fishermen), and two beaches – “Ostrova” (The Isle) and Ribarite. The only mine of plaster in Bulgaria is operating outside the village, too. Some of the houses in Koshava offer accommodation to tourists.
