| Description | Barco del Sol complex is situated within 10 minutes walking distance of the beach and just seconds from the resorts local markets and restaurants off a quiet road in central Sunny Beach.
Set within landscaped gardens, the apartments have been designed for year round occupation, with both air conditioning and heating.
There are 66 apartments in total, consisting mostly of 1 bedroom flats, which have a kitchenette and adequate space for dining in the living room.
Priority has been given to the terrace to maximise the enjoyment of sunny, outdoor living. It features sliding doors that create a space that is a natural extension of the living room.
Kitchens are fitted with a sink and units and electrical appliances can be fitted on request.
Bathrooms are fully-fitted with sanitary ware and come with either a bath or shower. Flooring throughout is ceramic tiles.
There is 24 hour security on site as well as shops on the ground floor for your convenience.
There are 2 hydraulic lifts servicing the building, which go all the way up to the rooftop pool! |
