Very nice clean hotel, excellent bar and food. Budget prices. Mini bar in all rooms. Staff very friendly. Central location for beach and shops. Beds very hard and front rooms on main road very noisey. 8/10

I have stayed at this hotel twice (Nov 06 & April 07). It is perfectly located near to the centre of Bourgas, the rooms and public areas are kept beautifully, the staff are friendly and helpful, it's clean and has everything you need. Great value too at 55 Leva per night. The only critisism I would have is that the beds aren't very comfortable!

I was living in Hotel Bulair a couple of years ago for a period of about 3 months while I was doing a project assignment in Burgas. During that time I felt very like in my house. The warmy treat I received from all the Hotel staff was real special for me and I still remember all of them with some kind of nostalgy.

Hotel bulair, is a small clean comfortable hotel, easy to find from bourgas airport, near beach, shops & restuarants, & it only cost 55 leva for a double room.

I have never been treated as badly as I was at this hotel. I'd recommend that you stay anywhere other than here!
