Capitol hotel varna by Lawrie de Ste Croix on 26 Nov 2006, 22:50 I visit varna on business every month and have stayed in many of the cities premier hotels,on one of these visits last year i was fortunate enough to stay at the capitol,i would not now consider staying anywhere else.The staff in particular are very warm and friendly,the food is great and the decor is out of this world,put this with it's perfect location close to all amenities and you have the best value 4* hotel in varna.Lawrie de Ste Croix
