Hotel Chateau by Anna Fabre on 03 Feb 2008, 10:12 This hotel was awfull!!!! Out of a group of eigth of us staying there, six of us had food poisoning! DO NOT EAT their food!!!! Left over food from the breakfast was clearly re-used for dinner, and there is practically no health and hygine standards at all, with the staff just rinsing dirty crockery and cutlery under a tap before handing it over to us! It is awfull!!!!

22-12-2007 by Sue Hames on 29 Dec 2007, 22:26 Just got back after a week at this hotel and never wish to return! Unhelpful, non Eglish speaking staff. Food undercooked and cold. Located right on the outskirts of town, difficult to get to anywhere. Full of noisy, intoxicated,Bulgarian school students. Stair rails on all floors loose and move as you hold them. My promised mini bar was empty but just as well as it wasn't working! No food available outside of restaurant hours. I felt that the staff thought we were an inconvenience that had to be endured. Despite numerous complaints about the noisy drunken students who could still be found sleeping in public sreas surrounded by cigarette ends and empty bottles of alcohol in the morning on our way down to breakfast and after they had emptied the fire extinguishers during a particularly drunken spree, nothing was done.
The only good thing about this hotel was the chambermaid service. Everything else was poor at best. NEVER AGAIN!
