Grand montana by Davinia Anderson on 18 Mar 2008, 23:03 Hi we have just got back from the Grand montana. And i had read alot of bad reviews and as i was the 1 who had booked the hoilday last thing for 3 adults and 3 kids. I was upset that they were all going to hate it. Although it was not a 4star as what it would be in England. It was clean the room was lovly the staff were great to it had a very relaxed atmosphere. There was alot of building work going on out side. But what do you expect it is a new resort. There was a bus that ran you 2 and from the slops if you wanted it. We went ice skating 1 night and the bus driver took us there then came back for at no charge. This was just out of the kinedness that he had. We went half bord the food was great for kids and adults. We also had a meal later one night in the hotel becose the buffet had finched it was lovly the water was great he helped us chose a lovly Bulgarian wine. I could not complane about a thing. Sorry apart from the pool was 2 cold but we spoke to the rep and the next night it was lovly. We went with nelson and our rep was called Kerry she was great. But at the end of the day you have to make your own mined up but we loved it.

We paid a lot of money for accomodation to this hotel and we were very unpleasant surprised to see how dirty and how it shows an unfinished hotel, "ready" to received its guests.
It is a shame for Bulgarian Tourism!!!!!!
