Kempinski Hotel by Veronica Vasilescu on 02 May 2007, 13:50 Just back from the Kempinski. The hotel is lovely, rooms really nice, great interior design and colours, great food (although breakfast could have been a little bit more diverse for a five-star!) some of the staff was good for example the chief waiter who’s very helpful and doing a great job, but the rest of them, the receptionists …not really what I would have expected, already bored and indifferent although it was only the beginning of May. We also had a very unpleasant experience when we checked in, we had booked and paid for a room with a sea view and were told we had actually booked a back view although it was written on the vouchers in capital letters…After a couple of hours!!! we ended up with a side view room. Not very nice

The settings were amazing, the survice, and the food Oh,my God!!!!If tyo are looking for a place to celebrate special occassions, this is the place you should go to.

Kempinski Hotel Golden Sands by Brian Warlow on 24 Aug 2006, 19:58 We were staying in hotel up the road from Kempinski,On our first night we wlked down to the seafront and as we turned a corner we saw the Hotel,The only description I can use to do the place justice was "Stunning".
Being nosy Welsh I had to see Inside and again It was all top notch,The staff were very friendly and I ended up buying Jewellry which was better priced than Jewellers in Varna.We had a look at the Admiral another night and if that is 5 star the Kempinski should be 6*.

just back 26 july 06 by Adams Clan. on 30 Jul 2006, 18:13 just had a great week at the Kempinski hotel. Still little work going on, but nothing that would bother your stay. Pool area best i have been to. Didnt bother with hotel entertainment as there is more than enough to do outside. Hotel looks the best around with strict no towels hanging from balcony. Other 5 star hotels do this by the beach and looks tacky ( Admiral) To all of you who are not sure , go and enjoy the hotel

second time there, great! by JEAN on 28 Apr 2006, 13:18 Stayed in the Kempinsky now the second time and can only say, for business its great! LAN, Wireless in some areas, business centre, etc.. I have to admit though, the most expensive hotel I stayed so far in Varna, still, for me so far its worth it.

my stay in Kempinski Hotel Grand Hermitage by Ivet on 26 Apr 2006, 13:27 I have just returned from there, everything seemed to be ok.I liked this hotel very much, my stay there will be memorable for me.
The Spa center is great, i tried some of the treatments, which were ready, there were some others like Aurveda and wine therapy( i was really curious about it), which weren`t yet finished. I liked the food, the staff was friendly, the cleanliness all over the hotel impressed me a lot.The only thing I didn`t like is the entertainment, so far it is a little bit poor. I was told that the night bar will be open on May. I will really recommend this hotel to my friends, willing to stay in a 5* hotel.

kempinski grand hotel golden sands by tonia quance on 19 Apr 2006, 18:24 check this hotels facilities very carefully before you book, I booked to go here the end of may2006, a long time after booking i received a letter saying that most if not all of the hotels facilities would be shut, but it was still the same price !!!!!!! going to the Admiral instead,the kempinski may look "grand" but it is just a shell.....beware.

Kempinski by P.McManus on 25 Jun 2005, 18:27 we have just returned from golden sands,we were booked into the keminski on the 9 june we phoned up in may to check that it would be open,and were told it was opening on the 6 june.on the 5 june we had a phone call saying it was not up to standard and was not suitable, and was offered the Helious spa,THIS HOTEL has a bad reputation, and staffing problems,we went to Obzor beach which is one of the best for food & cleanliness.the Kempinski is only just built,and will be only finished at the end of the summer at least
