Hotel is situated in beautiful place near to the beach.Rooms are awful. There are old beds and so small baths with dirty , wet doors. Restaurant Neptun is about 100 m from the hotel and it is the worst resaturant I have ever eat in. Meal are always cold and tasteless. Tableclothes are so dirty too. There ale mark form last month. When I fisrt wisit that place i felt so bad.

This was the worse hotel i have been in whilst visiting bulgaria, the rooms r not clean its like being in a run down council estate in britain..

We are interesed In coming to Hotel Neptun in 24 (25).06.2007 – 08(09).07.2007.Could you please send us a concret price for three Families.
1.Family : 2 adults + child ( 10 jears old)
2.Family : 2 adults + 2 children (11 and 10 years old) - 1 apartament or 2 separate bedrooms
3.Family : 2 adults and 3 children (10,11,14 year old) - 1 apartament or 2 separate bedrooms

lovely, clean hotel. friendly staff. will be returning in 2007. fantastic resort plenty to do.cant wait to return love bulgaria, even better now we have found the perfect hotel.
