HOTEL NESSABER MARE by LOUISE EVANS on 29 Aug 2008, 20:10 JUST RETURNED FROM TWO WEEKS HERE. FOOD WAS NOT BAD IF YOU LIKE FOREIGN FOOD BUT YOU ARE IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY AFTER ALL. NOT ENOUGH CHOICE FOR THS CHILDREN BUT THE FOOD WAS PRESENTED WELL AND WAS ALWAYS HOT NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU GOT THERE. STAFF FRIENDLY ANIMATION TEAM FANTASTIC BUT NOT ENOUGH PROFESSIONAL ENTERTAINMENT MY DAUGHTER AND I REALLY ENJOYED THE HOLIDAY

nessebar bay by mike ramsay on 23 Sep 2007, 21:26 Food was very reptitive but to say it was inedible is unfair. We always found something to fit our needs but sometimes it was the only thing available. I found the staff to be responsive enough & not rude. The previous poster is correct the hotal is a worthy 4 star apart form the food, but the dining it is tolerable.

The food was very bad, to the point that we dined out every night for the second week we were there. We also found the reception staff to be rude and quite unhelpful, often leaving us standing waiting, whilst they were chatting away, until they were ready to serve us. This is not the behaviour of the "friendly face" of hotel staff!!!

IFA Bay Nessabar by Christine Chester on 16 Aug 2007, 13:27 The worst food we have ever had on holiday!!! There were 9 of us in our party and we all felt the same. Same as many other holidaymakers we spoke to. The hotel was perfect, animation team first class, bedrooms spacious, all areas spotlessly clean............but the dining room. Staff rude and unhelpful, unless we got there as soon as it opened, the food was cold and inedible. Many a time had to clear a table and reset with clean crockery and cutlery. The rest of the hotel lives up to its 4* rating, but the dining facilities are not even 1* and badly let the hotel down. If you have already booked to go there, take my advice and try to change to somewhere else.
