Four associations from the sector of spa and balneological tourism have signed a memorandum for cooperation to lay the foundations of common representation.
The signatories include the Bulgarian Association of Balneo-Tourism, National Association for Balneology and Tourism, National Spa Tourism Association and National Balneo-Tourist Federation.
The meeting held in Smolyan, south Bulgaria, during the weekend was attended also by Maria al-Jeburri, head of the State Tourism Authority, ministerial and district administration officials.
The spa associations of Bulgaria have made this move in an attempt to elect common representation of this sector to state and local authorities.
